Professional Development coaching is conversation that focuses on individual growth and development. It can be a process that both parties enter into willingly with clear expectations and agreements on how the process will work and one where anything may be asked, said or considered.

Following his leader development studies at the University of North Georgia, Jim was commissioned and advanced in his Army career to the rank of Colonel with global responsibilities. He then went on to hold numerous leadership positions within Fortune 500 corporations, privately-owned companies, and entrepreneurial startups. His spirit of service attracted him to volunteer on various non-profit boards where he has served as committee chairs and Chairman of one of the largest senior living communities in the state of Texas. As a leadership coach, consultant, and author, Jim continues to demonstrate his commitment to developing capable leaders for future generations.

Donna Brock is a military Veteran with more than 35 years of executive management experience. She’s earned her bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State College and her master’s from Trident University International in Healthcare Management. She has led, coached, and mentored hundreds of leaders who have continued to prosper in their careers. As a consultant and small business owner she primarily serves as an Executive Coach and Seminar Facilitator. Over the last 5 years she has personally coached 330+ leaders and currently serves as a Senior Facilitator for the Nominative Leaders Course at the War College in Carlisle, PA where she has mentored and coached over 150 Executive leaders. She also serves as an Executive Coach for the new civilian supervisors at the Defense Logistics Agency in which she has to date coached 35+ supervisors.

Nick served 38+ years as both a professional soldier in the United States Army Reserve and 24+ year in the supermarket packing industry. Whether it was as a senior enlisted leader (Command Sergeant Major, Retired) or as a senior Sales Manager, his number one goal was and continues to be “to help people realize their full potential and become better at what they do.” Nick is a valued and exceptionally placed leadership coach who utilizes his vast professional experience, having served in both industry and in the military. Having professionally coached and mentored over 200 emerging leaders and advised senior executives, Nick brings his listening skills, practical experience, and strategic experience to each client in a customized manner to best fit each leader’s situation. He makes an impact on each leader, who in turn impacts their organization.

Dan brings over 37-years of executive leadership and training management experience supporting Department of Defense projects. With a background as a military executive-level logistician that served as part of the command team at multiple flag-level organizations that included blue-collar and white-collar personnel, both union and non-union. In his 11-year post-military career he has worked extensively with defense-related customers on workforce (individual and team) and leader development projects. Earning an undergrad in Business Administration from Touro College of New York, NY and a Master of Science degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University of Boston, MA, Dan has recently completed post-graduate studies in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching with the University of Texas in Dallas. He is a 4-time US Army Hall of Fame awardee and a 2018 General and Mrs. Matthew B. Ridgway Military History Research Grant awardee.
